Lapis and Gold: Exploring Chester Beatty’s Ruzbihan Qur’an

Edition realized for the Chester Beatty Library in Dublin, containing more than 300 images of Islamic manuscripts; particular subjects to reproduce with gold and lapis lazuli zones.

We have produced various proofs, compared with the manuscripts, trying to reproduce as faithfully as possible the colors that characterize them.
